Amy’s is sensitive to the dietary needs and concerns
of our consumers. At Amy’s Kitchen we understand that 1 in 25 people
in the United States suffer from a food allergy.
While some common food allergies include: dairy, soy and tree nuts,
several other allergies once thought to be uncommon are on the rise,
especially among young infants and children. Amy’s Kitchen clearly
posts all ingredients on our box panels and on our website to help
you to select the right meals for you and your family.

Dear Amy's,
I just wanted to say thank you for making dairy- and soy-free foods that
actually taste good! Because I am nursing a dairy/soy protein-intolerant infant, I have a very restricted diet. Your website makes it so easy to determine which Amy's foods are "safe"; and every one I have tried so far has been delicious! Even before my restricted diet, I LOVED the frozen Indian entrees and the cheese enchiladas, but now I have discovered the soups, chilies and other dairy/soy-free options. Please keep offering so many foods that are accessible to the food-allergic among us!
Thank You,
Marla

Dear Amy,
I am so excited to say that I finally found your cakes. We just thawed
out the orange cake, and it is super yummy. Even my two year old told me
that she loves it. She is highly allergic to egg and I love that fact
that your kitchen has absolutely no egg. She's also allergic to peanuts,
fish & shellfish. Needless to say, Amy's is the perfect match for our
home.
I'm planning on returning to work next year and I was just wondering how
I was going to manage work, cooking and spending time with my baby. I
just figured it out - leave the cooking to Amy's and focus on my baby
when I get home.
I love you Amy's products. Keep up the great work!

Hi, Amy,
For years I have yearned to have eggs for breakfast again, but tests from a lab said I was "highly" allergic to eggs, so I can't join people when they have wonderful looking omelets. This morning I just had the Tofu Scramble for the first time. I loved it, and felt like I get to have that flavor of eggs for breakfast, or any time now! Thank you for your marvelous selections, which help those of us who can't eat a lot of regular foods feel like we can still eat well and yummily!

Dear Amy,
I wanted to thank you for providing safe meal for people with food
allergies. It is very hard to find safe foods for my daughter and
I really appreciate the wonderful food you have crafted. Keep up
the good work!
