All the ingredients for our Black Bean Tamales are carefully selected and prepared. The organic masa (ground and cooked corn) is poured onto individual parchments, filled with tender organic black beans and a mixture of organic vegetables, chilis and jalapeņos, and then folded and steamed. The tamales are then unwrapped by hand, topped with our delicious verde sauce and served with a side of Spanish rice made from organic brown rice.
Roasted Vegetable Tamale
Traditionally prepared corn masa made from organic white corn is filled with savory fire-roasted organic vegetables and covered with a special (not too spicy) red sauce that lets the flavor of the tamale come through. A side of perfectly seasoned black beans complements this warm and sustaining meal.
Bean & Rice Burrito - Non Dairy
Organic flour tortilla wrapped around organic pinto beans, rice and vegetables in a mild Mexican sauce. Non-dairy/no cholesterol. Only 6 gms of fat.
Breakfast Burrito
Organic potatoes, tofu, black beans, vegetables and salsa wrapped in an organic flour tortilla. Non-dairy/no cholesterol.
