Light & Lean Cheese Pizza
There comes a time, even with the most carefully followed diet plan, when we crave pizza. Amy's mom decided that Amy's Kitchen simply had to come up with an alternative to the available fat- and calorie-laden pizzas. This classic cheese pizza, with its low-fat cheese, unique sauce and thin crust, contains only 270 calories, and is tasty enough to satisfy any craving.

I just recently decided that I needed to get serious about a gluten free diet. My husband is vegan and we often enjoyed your non-cheese vegetable pizza...now what to do??
Imagine my delight when I found your rice crust pizza. Now we have our cake and eat it too by halving the pizzas and each having the variety that fits our diet with a big salad. Yum and THANKS!!!
