
Gluten Free chocolate Cake - COMING SOON!
Celebrations call for cake and whether it’s a birthday or any special event, chocolate is a family favorite. But no celebration is complete when someone is left out because he or she can’t eat the cake. We kept getting letter after letter asking us to please come out with a cake that those who are gluten intolerant can eat. So we turned the project over to Amy’s baker, Susan, who created the original Amy’s chocolate cake. Now, it is not easy to make a cake without dairy or wheat flour that is light tender and moist. In fact, as Susan discovered after months and months of trying, it is pretty near impossible.
Finally one day, after all efforts had failed, she simply gave up. But there was some batter left over from her last attempt, so she added a bit of this and that, put it in the oven to bake, and when it was finished, put it on the kitchen counter without even bothering to taste it. When her husband came home, she heard him say “Umm..this is good. Better than the original”. So Amy’s gluten free, dairy free chocolate cake was born…
light, tender, moist, and so delicious that everyone will enjoy it even if they aren’t gluten intolerant.
Non Dairy Rice Mac & Cheeze - COMING SOON!
Macaroni and cheese is a favorite comfort food for both children and adults. Unfortunately many people are not able to tolerate gluten, dairy and soy. After years of recipe testing, we have found a delicious non-dairy cheeze to go with our tender organic rice pasta. This dish is so tasty that people will no longer have to miss out on their favorite “mac and cheese.”
Gluten-Free Roasted Vegetable Pizza - COMING SOON!
Some Amy’s customers do not eat wheat and gluten, some don’t eat dairy, and still others just love to try something new and tasty. Amy’s gluten free, non-dairy pizza should please them all. Organic olive oil and tomatoes are spread on this delicious rice pizza crust. Then we add the topping from our popular no cheese Roasted Vegetable Pizza... organic onions, shiitake mushrooms, bell peppers and marinated artichoke hearts. The result is outstanding.

Four Cheese Pizza also known as “Pizza Quatro Formaggio” is the most popular pizza served in fine restaurants all around the world. Amy’s version of this pizza combines the traditional four cheeses… Fontina, Provolone, Parmesan and Mozzarella with our own special authentic pizza sauce made from organic vine ripened tomatoes spread on Amy’s unbeatable organic wheat crust. White Pizza - COMING SOON!
You’re going to be delightfully surprised when you taste Amy’s Broccoli & Spinach in a White Cheese Sauce Pizza for the first time. Instead of the more familiar tomato based sauce, you will find finely minced organic spinach and broccoli in a delicately flavored cream sauce spread evenly over Amy’s light tender crust. We then top it with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to add to your enjoyment of each delicious mouthful. This is a truly unique pizza that you will want to serve often to family and friends.

New Amy's Soup!
We have also come out with a new soup just in time for the cold weather. Our Hearty Spanish Rice & Red Bean Soup is low in fat, high in fiber and sure to bring a smile to your face on a cold Winter day. Look out for it in your local store this December.


Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
Amy’s mother finds this cake so irresistible that she insists whenever Amy’s Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is in the house it be kept hidden from her so that she not eat the whole cake herself at one sitting. Forewarned is forearmed. Amy’s Lemon Poppy Seed Cake is so light, so tender, so absolutely delicious that whoever tastes it first might very well devour the whole thing. You may want to buy two…one for yourself and one for friends and family. Made with organic flour and organic farm-fresh buttermilk, the cake has a refreshing delicate lemony flavor, enhanced by a sprinkling of poppy seeds throughout that add texture and a unique taste of their own. Enchilada Verde Whole Meal
Enchilada Verde is a specialty of one of our favorite restaurants (Tabachin) in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Very popular throughout Mexico, we think this dish will become an Amy’s favorite. Amy’s chefs have added a special touch to these enchiladas, blending organic spinach with jack cheese and “queso fresco” (the traditional soft white cheese of Mexico). The organic tomatillos in the sauce are grown especially for Amy’s, cooked and blended with authentic Mexican spices to create this delicious sauce bursting with flavor. Organic brown rice mixed with sweet corn, tender carrots, bell peppers and Anaheim chiles, as well as our traditional organic black beans complete this wonderful meal.
