I’m excited to be able to tell you a little more about me in my new
journal. You can see what’s up with me, my family and Amy’s
Kitchen – all through my perspective as “Amy.”
If
you're on a plane, I'm easy to spot. You’ll always find me sitting
right next to the person who is just about to flip out. In
fact, I’m pretty sure the airlines know in advance that I’ll
be the calmest person on the plane and deliberately seat me next to
the passenger most terrified of heights, closed spaces, flight attendants,
or just likely to have a midair panic attack.
Trunk Show Carol Buckley’s elephant sanctuary really packs ‘em
in! When Carol Buckley adopted Tarra in 1974 while studying
exotic-animal training in Moorpark, Ca., she had no idea the 700-pound
baby elephant would guide the course of the rest of her life!
