Dear Amy,
I just wanted to thank you for your delicious spinach and feta pockets.
I love the whole wheat pocket and the filling is tasty as well. I really
like the fact that it is not greasy as some other "pocket" foods
tend to be. Thanks for the yummy food. Keep it coming!
Hi Amy,
My name is Carol and I'm a QA tech at your new facility in Oregon.
Before I was hired for this position Ihad never had any of Amy's
products, now I have it a couple times a week, and I love it.
Some of my friends and family thought that "organic" and "vegetarian" meant
that it was "no good", I took two pizzas to my sisters Halloween
party and they were a huge hit, everyone loved them.
Thanx for coming to Oregon. Carol P.
Dear Amy,
Thank you, thank you, for creating your chunky Tomato Bisque soup.
My son discovered it and said "you have to try this" --
it is delicious!!!!! I add black beans to the soup for a hearty,
quick lunch. I now buy 10 cans at a time -- so there is always a
good supply in the pantry.

Dear Amy,
This is a LONG overdue note to you guys about how much I absolutely
LOVE your products!!! I have all my friends hooked! It is SO important
to me to get good quality food with quality ingredients. In addition,
my one-year old daughter was recently diagnosed with an egg allergy,
so I am so grateful to be able to feed her your products without worrying!
She loves everyone so far! the cheese pizza pocket, the vegetable pie
pocket, the broccoli cheese potpie!!! I just love them all!!! :) And
it just makes me feel so good to know I am putting good food into my
body when I am on the go! keep up the great work!!!
WE LOVE YOU AND YOUR PRODUCTS!!!
Sincerely, Heather Kuberski
Dear Amy,
I just wanted to say "Thank you!" and "WOW!". I
am a busy mother of 3 boys who admittedly does not like to cook, I
have tried lots of frozen meals with ho-hum results in the satisfaction
department, I ate them because I was hungry and they were there. Then
I picked up a few of yours in another attempt to find satisfaction.
Yes! Finally, healthy, nutritious, frozen meals that taste better than
good! Every meal I've tried has yet to disappoint. I keep thinking, "Maybe
this one will be not-so-good", but it never is. Each one is always
just as good or better than the last. I can actually look forward to
pulling a frozen meal out of my fridge from this day on, as long as
it says "Amy's" on it. I want you to know that your efforts
to produce a quality product are a tremendous success and greatly appreciated
in the Szaday house.
Thank You! Misty Szaday
Dear Amy,
Hi! I just tried the Mexican Tamale Pie and I thought it was just outstanding.
I am a Weight Watcher and heard about this product at one of my meetings.
So, not only is it delicious, but only 2.5 points. And it was actually
filling. I look forward to having this for lunch again soon.
Thanks for making such great products!

Dear
Amy,
I really like the country pot pie. The shiitake mushrooms are the perfect
complement to the lentils. I love to cook, and I was astounded by
the flavor this one had. Not just another pot pie. Chika
Dear Amy,
My Mother is 86. She has always been a super cook! We never had to
be told to be home for dinner, we were there, ready, willing and
able to eat whatever she made. Even then, we knew we had it made!
Many of my friends mothers had gone to work and meals for them were
warmed up unidentified blobs of stuff. My poor Mother always made
extra food because she never knew how many of my friends would appear,
unannounced, at the table beside me with empty bellies and big grins
on their faces. Bless her.
As we all grew up and went separate ways, we all made it home for the holidays.
The table got bigger, kids came, then grandkids. I have warm fuzzy memories
of all those times together.
Thank goodness my older sister, Norma, watched mom and also became a wonderful
cook. At 76 Mother said " I'm handing down my apron and will now be resting
on my laurels!" She earned it!
As Mom got older, she started to have trouble with her hips, knees, and got
tired of cooking. None of us cook just the way she likes her food cooked so
she went to the ease of microwave food. Easy, fast, handy, no dishes! Perfect.
Unfortunately everything had so many chemicals in them, the meat was gross
and gravy nasty. Most of the meals went to the dog. Mom kept saying" Somebody
has got to be able to make food taste good! If its frozen, it doesn't need
10 years of shelf-life, why so many preservatives?" She and many others,
would pay more for a product that is healthy and is yummy!
Yesterday Mother found the first box of your dinners. The picture on the box
caught her eye as did the name. "Amy's" Sounded like someone’s
kitchen, not a factory.
Mom called me this morning with glowing reviews on your food!!! She is NOT
an easy woman to please either.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Keep them coming and we'll put out the word of mouth.
Sincerely DeniseNichols
PS Loved the story on Stormy. We have 5 dogs, 2 ferrets and a squirrel. I don't
trust anyone that doesn't like animals. :-)
Dear Amy's,
Years ago, some friends were commenting on how good your frozen meals
were. They said there was nothing else like it and were delicious
beyond compare. Not considering myself an "organic" or
a vegetarian and not a big fan of frozen foods, I absorbed the information
but never bought your products. I also had a certain image in my
mind of what organic food would taste like and it wasn't positive.
One day recently, I wanted a quick lunch but had already bypassed
the frozen food isle in the grocery and instead found myself right
in front of the organics section. Amy's caught my eye and I grabbed
the first enchilada I saw. Well, here I am today and eating an Amy's
meal has become a weekly treat for me. I LOVE your meals. I love the
variety of cuisines. I love the freshness. I love the quality. Most
importantly, I love the taste.
Thank you, Amy's, for changing my mind. But PLEASE don't change your
product.
